Derek is the kind of person who puts people at ease the moment he walks into a room. He has a gentle, kindhearted way about him that shows up in how he listens, how he speaks, and how he treats everyone around him. At first glance, people often do a double-take because he looks exactly like Jason Kelce, and he even has a very similar build and presence on top of that. The resemblance might get attention, but it’s his warmth and steady, down-to-earth nature that people remember long after meeting him.
